Norman was born in Mansfield, Nottingham, In England.
Unfortunately he has no living relatives except his
Ex.wife/good friend of 36 years Jayne McCarthy and his beloved dog Cocoa.
Norman was a great soccer player and played professional for a short time
as a young man out of school.
He was also an avid great, scratch Golfer and went on to win the national
newspaper… Daily Mail’s golf contest. He belonged to Sherwood Golf Club in
England and the Arizona Country Club.
He was a Sales manager for Cadburys, He was a natural sales person, he had one of
the most engaging personalities. He travelled all over the UK for Cadburys and
went on to be one of their top sales managers, he loved the company!
Norman was an entrepreneur, He opened up all kinds of different businesses
including beauty salons’ a perfumery and a large roller skating rink/snooker club.
He also built many custom homes.
Norman & Jayne moved from Nottingham to the U.S.A. in 1986.
Norman continued on with his business endeavors.
Norman loved dogs and owned many over the years.
After retiring he went back to his love for soccer He was the referee assignor for SC
del Sol for many years but also refereed high school and college games. He was a
true legend in the soccer community and much loved by all!
Always quick with a joke or story, Norman always left people with great lasting
impressions. He was a great guy with a big heart,
