They say the second year is harder; I'm finding that to be all too true. I going forward that while every month, week, day with you being gone will be hard, the holidays through to your birthday will always be the hardest. I hate it, and I miss you, and I love you. You have no idea--well, maybe you do--how much I wish you were here and what I would do, what I would give to have that be the case. Be well, Mom, until we meet again.
