Norb was born in Chicago, IL in 1937 the youngest child of Joseph and Josephine Dombrowski.
Norb moved to Phoenix in 1959 after serving in the US Army. He married his wife of 64 years Gloria(Wiberg)Dombrowski.
Norb loved sports(baseball, hockey, football, and basketball). When Norb was not playing slow pitch softball, he would follow his favorite Chicago and Phoenix sports team.
Norb worked for AT&T/US West for 40 years as a respected repairman. He was recognized by his co-workers for his strong work ethic and extensive knowledge of fiber optics networks, as well as, his ability to diagnose and correct difficult problems.
He is survived by his wife, Gloria Dombrowski; three sons David, Daniel, and Randy Dombrowski; four grandchildren Rachel, Joseph, Laura and Sarah Dombrowski; and two great grandchildren Nicholas and Claire Gomes. His brother Gene Dombrowski preceded him in death.
