Maureen M. Parker

On March 11th, 1950, Maureen and Floyd were married in Phoenix, Arizona. Maureen and Floyd would achieve the honor of “Diamond Status” celebrating 60 wonderful years of marriage. The Parkers would go on to have five children whom they raised in their loving home known as “2609”.

Maureen’s greatest passion in life was to provide love, joy and comfort to all her family and friends. She was always willing to lend a helping hand to everyone. Having given her life to Christ at an early age, Maureen always strived to become more like Jesus, she so loved to always praise. As a dedicated mother and wife, she always gave her family all the love they would ever need and more. It is because of her tender and kind heart that she would always be remembered by the legacy of love she left upon all those who had the honor of knowing her.

Maureen is preceded in death by her husband Floyd Parker; Parents; Five Brothers, Two Sisters, and a Granddaughter.

She leaves cherished loving memories to her children Elaine Davis (Patrick), Jacquiline Morgan (James), Marvin Parker, Mavis Kennedy (Mark), Cynthia Adams (Keith). Grandchildren; Eric Davis, Tamesha Morgan, Paul Davis, Shirlene Bender, Latoya Dunson, Jeffery Bruce, George Daniels Jr., Latisha Daniels, Nathaniel Daniels, Anthony Beltran, Andre Beltran, Tianah Adams, Trinity Adams. Great-Grandchildren; Darius Dunson, Kamarr Dunson, Ryleigh Bruce, Grant Herdon, Dillion Herdon, and many more nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
