Mary Ann Welch, 74, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away Thursday, October 18, 2012. Mary was born July 6, 1938 in Rockford, Illinois, the daughter of Walter E. and Sadie Vanstone. She is survived by her loving family; sons Tim (Jill), and Rick (Denise) Welch. Four grandchildren; Mikaela, Wes, Janae Welch and Colby Booth. Funeral Services will be Wednesday, October 24, 2012, 1:00 P.M., at Phoenix Memorial Mortuary Chapel, 200 West Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85027, with burial in Phoenix Memorial Park Cemetery.
