It is with heavy hearts that the family of Mary Louise Sewell announces her passing. Mary had a peaceful passing on Saturday, August, 11 2018 in Phoenix, AZ where she lived the majority of her last years. She was born in Whitfield County, GA on May 29, 1923. In her 95 years of life, she loved to travel and was known by all to be able to recount every memory in great detail. She is survived by her son Paul Sewell, many grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was proceeded in death by her sons Wayne and Lee Sewell. Services will be held on Monday, August 20, 2018 at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary at 719 N. 27th Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85009. An opportunity for viewing will be available from 9:00-10:00am with services beginning immediately following. Memorial donations in memory of Mary may be made to Hospice of West.
