Marilyn Tereasa Herzog, age 52 of Phoenix, passed away on Monday, October 3, 2022. She was born on April 30, 1970 to John Patrick O’Mara and the late Marilyn Rose O’Mara (Colabianchi) in Phoenix, AZ. Marilyn attended Paradise Valley High School graduating class of 1988. On February 5th, 1994 she married Shane Herzog in Phoenix, AZ. Marilyn did many jobs in her life, but she was most proud of raising her three wonderful boys. She was the President of WoodmenLife Chapter #117 and put on many philanthropic events during her time in Woodmen. She is survived by her loving spouse of 28 years, Shane; three sons, Anthony Herzog, Garett Herzog, and Zachary Herzog; three sisters, Jeni (Jim) Mowry, Sheri (Rob) Bandelier and Michelle (Anthony) Jordan; seven nieces and nephews; and many other loving family and friends. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, October 22, 2022, at Cross of Christ Lutheran Church, 39808 N. Gavilan Peak Pkwy, Anthem, AZ 85086.
