Maria “Toni” Quema peacefully passed away on April 20, 2022 at the age of 70 years, at home surrounded by her sister and children. She leaves behind her son, Franco and two daughters, Sonia and Christina Hernandez. She also leaves behind her sister, Dolores, two brother, Ramon and Sammy and her many nieces and nephews. Toni was a proud nurse for almost 40 years, where she cared for countless patients and their families. Services will include a mass at St. Matthew’s Catholic Church (320 N 20th Dr, Phoenix) on Saturday, May 14th at 10am, and a Celebration of Life at Hope Village (6401 S 16th St, Phoenix) at 12pm. In lieu of flower, we ask that donations be sent to Project C.U.R.E or St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
