Lugo, Manuel Padilla Manuel Lugo, 83, of Phoenix, passed away on August 25, 2017 with his family by his side. Manuel retired from the City of Phoenix after working 33 years as a sanitation equipment operator. He was a loving husband of 60 years to his wife Mary; father to Ernest (Frances), Dolly (Ricardo) Aguirre, and Daniel (Jennifer); and grandfather to 17 grandchildren and several great and great-great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sons Bobby, Manuel Jr. "Tito", and Henry. Visitation will be held Thursday August 31, at Resthaven/ Carr Tenney Mortuary, 4310 E Southern Avenue from 5-8pm with Rosary at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 9:30am on Friday September 1, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 1421 S. 12th Street with burial to follow at St. Francis Cemetery.
