Lyle Hamlin Hall

Lyle Hamilin Hall passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on his 91st birthday, Monday, February 28, 2011. Lyle was born in Whiting, IA to Dallas Glen Hall and Millie Huff. He moved to Tempe, AZ where he met the love of his life Mildred Harris. They were married on September 19, 1942. A native of Arizona, Mildred still lives in the home they bought in 1956 where they raised their five children. Lyle was a custom farmer in the greater Buckeye area up until he retired 10 years ago. He continued to make weekly trips to Buckeye just to check on the crops and to drop Mildred off for her ceramics class in Palo Verde. He was preceded in death by three brothers Dallas Hall, Dennis Hall, Leo Hall and by sister, Mavis Willey. Lyle is survived by his devoted wife of 68 years, Mildred (Harris) Hall; children Jerry (Zenna) Hall, Carolynn (Jerry) Lindstrom, Ronnie (Judy) Hall, Ladene Martin and Patty (Danny) Walker; 16 Grandchildren; 14 Great-Grandchildren; brother Keith Hall; and sister Charlene Anderson. Visitation will be held 10:00am, Saturday, March 12, 2011 in the Chapel at East Resthaven Park Mortuary and Cemetery, 4310 E Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042 with Funeral Services beginning at 11:00am followed by Interment.
