Kelly Shaffer, age 38, passed away on Monday October 8, 2018. Kelly was born November 12, 1979 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Kelly is survived by her father Paul Shaffer Sr., brother Paul Shaffer Jr., and partner Rickey McKeel. She is also survived by eight uncles and numerous cousins and friends.

Services for Kelly will be held Sunday, October 21, 2018 at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042. Visitation will begin at 9:00 AM, Funeral Service at 10:00 AM followed by burial in the Memorial Gardens.

Serving as pallbearers are JR. Shaffer, Rickey McKeel, Jeff Hoctor , Joe Hoctor, Mack Hoctor and Paul Shaffer.
