Judy E. Loyd (Seligman) 65 of Phoenix, passed away on February 4, 2014. Judy, a long time Valley resident was born in Atlantic City New Jersey on April 26, 1948. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and will be dearly missed by her family and friends. A Funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 6th at 11 AM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary Chapel, 2350 E. Greenway Rd. Phoenix. A committal service will follow on Thursday at 1:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd.
