John Arthur Cassidy Sr.

John Arthur Cassidy of Phoenix Arizona passed away on July 21,2015 at the age of 71. John Cassidy was born and raised in Natick, Massachusetts. John is survived by his wife Ratchanee Cassidy and his children; Noi, Ian , Sommai,

John Jr and Arthur. John graduated from Holy Cross University and went on to graduate from Suffolk University Law School. He served 4 years in the US Army during the Vietnam War. After the war he and his wife moved to Arizona in 1974 where he began his work as a medical claims examiner for the Veterans Administration helping US veterans receive benefits from being injured or killed during service. John also volunteered for the ST. Vincent DePaul society for over 20 years helping hungry families attain food and assistance. John was very active in his local community donating time and money to people in need. He was a very selfless man of great integrity always putting others in front of himself. The funeral mass will be held 10:00am August 5th 2015 at St Gregorys Church 3440 N 18th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015 with refreshments and food afterwards. Arrangements by Advantage Colonial Funeral Home. Donations will be taken by the family to donate to his favorite charities.
