Jodie was born on March 6, 1982 to William Dean Dosh and Alice Paulette Dosh { Hancock} at St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, AZ.
Jodie attended Western Christian Pre-School, Park Meadows Elementary School, Barry Goldwater High School. She graduated high school in the year 2000.
She received a Scholarship to Phoenix Academy of Beauty school her senior year. She attended her senior class in the morning, went to beauty school in the afternoon
and worked nights at the neighborhood bowling alley 5 days a week.
Jodie entered the Phoenix Beauty Academy contest and placed in the top ten out of hundreds of other girls. She won Miss Congeniality and her Father walked with her in the contest. She Also did photo shoots and modeling.
Jodie went to work with her mother in the summer time for three consecutive years and did volunteer work at a nursing home that her mother worked at. She loved working with the seniors at the facility. She earned many certificates and pendants for her volunteer work.
She started working at Beauty Brands Salon as a receptionist and then went on to be a hairstylist after graduating beauty school. She worked her way up to Master Hair Stylist . She won many contests while working at Beauty Brands that sent her to New York City, Houston, Kansas City for Redkin Training classes. She loved to travel. She was very talented as a hair stylists and outstanding makeup artist. She did many hair styles and makeup for many weddings including multiple friends and family weddings. She made everyone Beautiful and Happy! She was so loving, kind and such a beautiful caring person inside and out. She was an Amazing person to know! She made the World Beautiful ! She loved music and musical instruments. She played the flute in grade school. She loved singing and dancing, making people beautiful and happy!
One of her dreams was to own her own salon and name it '360 Beauty' which she did! She loved to cut and style hair even when she was a little girl she would cut all of her Barbie's hair much to her Mother's Amazement. Jodie was a very ambitious and strong minded, determined, loving and caring person. Even when she was in pain and suffering from pain she would put a smile on her face and try to help others and make them happy. She was such an Amazing and Beautiful person. She loved taking care of babies and children and she loved her little dog Princess and they all loved her. Jodie was also an Amazing Godmother to many babies she could hold them and they would stop crying. As they grew up she was always there for them to comfort them and take care of them when they needed her. She did that for a lot of adults too!!
She loved her family very much and was very devoted and protective of them. She loved her Mother very much, whom she called "My Little Mommy", her favorite person and friend. She was always Daddys Little Girl too. She loved her Daddy very much and liked to call him Daddy O .
She loved her brother Justin very much. She was very close to him and they had a very special connection to each other. She also grew up with her cousin Rochelle who lived with her throughout childhood, they were always like sisters and remained very close to each other. Rochelle's Mother Yvonne also lived with them and Jodie loved her too. She also loved Miranda and Brianna. She was very close to her Grandma Jeri who was very special to her. Her Aunt Carol and Uncle Jim lived next door and she was very close to them. They took all the kids to Disneyland, Knottsberry Farm and many other places.
She loved Krystie her half sister and all of her step sisters Krissy, Valerie and Cheryl. She loved being with all of them and doing things with them. Also her Cousins Connie, Misty and Demiah were a very special part of her life.
She met her fiancé John Keliihoomalu and fell in love with him. They were engaged on Christmas day In 2020 and they were the Love of each other's life. They were soul mates. She loved John's son Keoni and all of his family.
Jodie loved and treated everyone with love and kindness. I am sure that everyone that met Jodie and got to know her knew that she loved them very much and was able to say I know she loved me. Jodie loved all of her friends. She collected Barbie's and Elephants. She loved sunflowers and roses all flowers. Her favorite colors were yellow and pink, but she loved all colors. Jodie loved Jesus was baptized in the Christian faith. May the circle be unbroken by and by Lord by and by there's a better home awaiting in the sky Lord in the sky!
Jodie became very sick and was admitted to St. Joseph's Hospital on January 1, 2021 she fought a long and hard battle with Covid-19 and on February 1st of 2021 Jesus took Our Beloved Jodie to Heaven to live with The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. She is with all her Family members that went to Heaven before her and they were all there to welcome her with open arms of love and are still Rejoicing in Heaven now!!
She is not in pain and suffering anymore!
Her love and kindness and stunning beauty shall live in our hearts forever and eternity!
We all love you so very very much Jodie. You were taken to soon from us and you will be missed more than words could ever express!
