Both my dad and I were both so fond of Fabian. We have so many good memories. He was such a kind and gentle man>

There’s not a week that goes by that I don’t think of Fabian !
He was one of the kindest most genuine people I’ve ever met! My dad passed away before Fabian but his passing would have killed my dad for certain! Dad respected him so much!!

Sending thoughts to you all on this day... I think of Fabian daily and miss his smiling face so very much.  May you feel wrapped in his love today, and every day.

I was so shocked when I first heard of Fabian's death; and previously left a message for the family.  I get email notices when someone leaves a "new" message.  

Tonight, after reading the new message, I noticed the Video posted.  I just watched it; and I have to say it was a beautiful Tribute to Fabian.  Thank you for sharing it.  He was such a sweet, caring person; and always had a smile on his face.  He was so friendly; and I always enjoyed a conversation with him.

Fabian is missed by many.  His death was definitely a loss to our Mesa Community.  I often meet people who were customers of Fabian's and we share our memories of him.  I continue to Pray for his family.  God Bless you all and may He help you heal.

I've been a long-time customer and stopped by the shop today to drop off some shoes and saw it was closed.  I later learned that this kind and talented man had passed away.  My deepest condolences to the family.  

I just found out about his passing this morning and I'm so sad. He was such a nice man and an excellent craftsman. Such a senseless loss. He will be sorely missed. 

So very sorry for your loss, he was a true gentleman, craftsman and pillar of the community,   Always positive and greeted everyone with a warm smile. Our prayers are with the family 

Whenever I went to the shoe repair shop it was always a bright spot in my day, because Fabian was such a friendly fellow and he knew his craft so well.  I am so sad and frustrated that this tragedy has befallen him, your family, and our community.  Please accept my deepest condolences and prayers for healing and justice.

Fabian was such a wonderful man.  He was a favorite of everyone.  I worked with the homeless at the Methodist church and Fabian always helped me when I needed something done to a pair of shoes that had been donated.  He  would stop what he was doing ( he was always busy) and help me by gluing a sole or fixing a zipper .  HIs generous soul will be missed by all of Mesa.  He is now in God's temple.  Virginia Berg

Fabian will be joining Lee in heaven. Lee was always so proud of Fabian.

We are so very sorry. Fabian was an amazing man and artisan. Always friendly and ready to help with our shoe and boot repairs. Found him at the top of the list for

My Thoughts and Prayers are with Fabian's Family.  Mesa has lost such a wonderful member of the Business community.  It was a privilege to have known him.   He has been repairing my Shoes (and other items) for many years, with superb workmanship and fair prices.  He was always so Sweet and Kind.

May you Rest in Peace with the Angels, Fabian.  You were an Angel here on Earth; now you are a Heavenly Angel.

As a long time customer of Lamb's my heart is broken that someone took the skilled and kind Fabian from all of us. What a terrible waste of a positive force in Mesa's community... an immeasurable loss to our community as a whole. My heart goes out to his family in sympathy. Connie Thomas

I am beyond devastated over this tragedy. I miss Fabian's smile in the mornings as he would open his shop and say "Good morning" and "How are you?" (I work next door) He was such a happy and kind soul, a friend to all. 
 He is deeply missed.

I was so sorry to hear of your dad’s passing. Please know that you and your family are in mine and Pepper’s prayers, we love you both. May the Lord welcome Him into his kingdom and cover you with his consolation. Sending you big hugs!

Fabian was a wonderful human being. He was kind, warm, welcoming, and nearly always had a smile on his face and a joke to tell. He loved his work at Lamb's Shoe Repair and was seen as a pillar of the Downtown Mesa community, where he was adored by his customers and friends. I remained a customer of his even after I moved thousands of miles away. Before COVID, I would visit him every year when I was in town and would take him my shoes. I still have not met a better shoe cobbler.

I send Fabian's family love and light during this incredibly difficult time. I will never forget his legacy of kindness and hope his memory will give you the strength to find peace. After all, he would want nothing else other than the best for you.
