Jessica Laura Fowler, age 40, of Phoenix, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was born on February 29, 1980 to the late Allen Blevins and Dina Ramseth in Rockford, Illinois. Jessica attended North Canyon High School graduating class of 1999. On March 25, 2007, she married Justin William Fowler at the Renaissance Festival. Jessica enjoyed car shows, sports, and comic con. Jessica is survived by her loving spouse, Justin; her mother, Dina; son, Anthony; and many, many other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her brother, Jacob Blevins.
