JERRY R. PERRIN, born August 23, 1942 in Hammond, Indiana went to rest August 9, 2017. Survived by his 2 sons, Mark and Mitch, 4 granddaughters, Danielle, Courtney, Samantha and Sarah, 1 great-granddaughter, Alexus. All donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley and The Arizona Humane Society.
