Jeffrey Lee Zuberbier

Jeffrey Zuberbier of Phoenix Arizona died unexpectedly October 4, 2012 with his sons at his side. Born December 15, 1960 Formally of Land du Lac Wisconsin, Jeff was the son of Sally (Nee Powers) and his stepfather Lincoln Albertz. A practicing physician’s assistant, Jeff served at several local clinics. Retired as a corporal from the Air Force, He met his wife, Juliana Jurbon in the Philippines where they were married in 1985. She preceded him in death in 2006.

Surviving him are four children, Sharon Rufugio Marlin of England, Joshua Zuberbier and Adam Zuberbier of Phoenix and Simon Zuberbier.

Also surviving him are his mother, Sally Powers-Albertz, a brother Scott Zuberbier and a sister Tara Suprenand, all of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Jeff was an organ donor and as a result, many people will benefit from his untimely death. As a physician’s assistant he was compassionate, kind and always put his patients’ welfare first, many of them expressing their grief at his passing.
