Jamie Allyson Volk, 49, was born to Lenore and Richard Volk in Passaic, New Jersey on January 8, 1964, and passed away in Scottsdale, Arizona on April 9, 2013.
A graveside service will be held at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale, on Saturday, April 13, 2013.
