James Ronald "Ron" Welch, Jr. passed away at his home on July 25, 2018.
Ron was a native of Phoenix and had lived here all of his life. He was born March 10, 1971 to parents James Sr. and Linda.
Ron is survived by his daughter Kelee, his son-in-law Joseph Cotto, his grandkids Nicholas and Joelle, his mom and dad, Linda and Al Winkler, his sister Carol Winkler, and his nephews Garrett, Eric and Cedric Smith.
Ron was a beloved dad, grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He will always be remembered as a generous and dedicated man who loved his family, an extremely hard worker and a believer in God.
