A funeral service for Jacob will be held Wednesday, February 15, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Our Lady of the Valley, 3220 W. Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85053. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N Cave Creek Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85024.
