Helen Marie Spitz 84, born April 5, 1937, in Phoenix, AZ passed away early morning on July 10, 2021, at

her home in Queen Creek AZ surrounded by her family. She now is reunited with her husband Bill and

her parents John & Helen Krieg.

Helen is survived by her twin sister Ellen Murray, her children Patty (Ramon) Lugo, Billy Spitz, Melissa

(Juan) Torres, David Spitz, 9 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

After high school, she worked in the optical field up until she met & married Bill Spitz in 1962. They then

moved to Tempe & started a family. She was blessed to be a stay-at-home mother and raise her 4

children.

After her husband Bill built her, her dream home in Queen Creek, that is where she genuinely enjoyed

the simple pleasures of having her grandkids and family gatherings, shopping, gardening, crafts,

swimming and the occasional trips to their cabin in Snowflake.

We welcome family, friends and others whose lives she touched to the Resthaven-Carr-Tenney

Mortuary and Memorial Gardens located at 4310 E. Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042 on July 23, 2021,

with visitation from 8am and services following at 9:30am.
