Harper Grace Putz

Harper Putz, 21 months, of Glendale, AZ, passed away peacefully Wednesday, January 3, 2013 at home surrounded by her loving family. Harper Grace Putz was born on March 13, 2011 to Lance and Rachel (Rosenberg) Putz in Scottsdale, AZ. She was baptized at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, Grafton, IA. Harper was diagnosed with a rare, metabolic disorder, Molybdenum Cofactor Deficiency, at 3 months of age. Harper was full of beauty and determination. In her short journey she touched many people, will be dearly missed and always remembered. Harper is survived by her loving parents, Lance and Rachel Putz and her very proud, big sister, Olivia, her paternal grandparents, Richard and Doris Putz, Glendale, AZ, maternal grandparents, Marlin and Connie Rosenberg, St. Ansgar, IA; many aunts, uncles and cousins, along with many friends. A special thanks to the doctors and staff at the Ryan House, Hospice of the Valley and her many dedicated nurses and therapists for all their help and support. A Celebration of Life will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027 on Sunday, January 13, 2013 at 3:00pm with a luncheon to follow.
