A funeral service will occur Monday, September 18, 2023 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at St. Augustine Roman Catholic Church, 3630 N 71st Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85033. A graveside service will occur Monday, September 18, 2023 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at 0387 - Resthaven Park Cemetery, 6450 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
