Felix Mitchell, born September 25, 1952 in St. Louis, Missouri to Mary and David Mitchell, passed away December 21, 2015. He is survived by his beloved wife Ann Mitchell, five children: Mandisa, Jafra, Xoachilt, Jadeem, Isaiah Mitchell and five grandchildren.
Felix served in the United States Marine Corp for five years. He was also the owner and operator of a barber shop in National City, San Diego for seven years. Felix then dedicated ten years to the Scottsdale Unified School District.
Felix played both guitar and bass in a band. He was a huge fan of Jazz music, art, knowledge, and books. He had a love for sci-fi, action and fantasy movies; along with biographies. Felix always wanted the best for his kids. He was a God Fearing man who knew the bible front to back.
A Memorial Service in Felix’s honor will be held at Apostolic Morning Light Church on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. 2031 S Tyndall Tucson, AZ 85713.
