Enrique A Gomez

He worked construction as a cement layer and retired after many years. He loved to cook and BBQ. He was an excellent cook. His daughter, Sylvia was able to cook with him the last several years and it brought both of them so much joy. He loved the horse races and would betting on them, he was good.

Enrique is survived by son Frank Gomez and his wife Arlinda, daughter Sylvia Barton and her husband Robert, sister, Maragret A. Williams AKA TuTia, grandchildren Jason Silva, Jake and Jeff Loleit, Tyler Glatzel, Angela and Angel Gomez, Brandon Gomez, Savannah Attig, Tori Gomez and AJ Collins, great grandchildren Lexi Silva, Jessi and Ben Loleit and Nikko Attig.

He was preceded in death by his daughter Evanglenina Glatzel and son Javier B. Gomez.

A service will be held July 28, 2023, 10:00 am St Genevieve's Catholic Church 100 S. Espina St., Las Cruces, NM 88001 with a burial to follow at 11:00 am.
