Eloise F. Garcia, 96, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on June 14, 2012. She was born on February 15, 1916 in Las Vegas, New Mexico. She is survived by her sister Jacoba Windman, 4 grandchildren, Noah Caccam, Daphne Martinez, Adam Martinez and Orianna Dirks, also 4 great great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 20 from 10-11 AM at Shadow Mountain Mortuary, 2350 E. Greenway Rd.
