Ellen M. Vincik

Ellen M. Vincik (nee Kocour), age 88, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on August 16, 2020. She was born on September 29, 1931 to the late Frank and Matilda Kocour. She also had three brothers, Frank, Charles & Raymond and one sister, Ethel all deceased. Ellen graduated from Jane Adams High School. Ellen worked at Life Care Paradise Valley from the first day it opened in the kitchen. She would always have the residents laughing at her singing and silliness. She enjoyed going to grocery stores and loved watching the cooks on the Food network and Everybody Loves Raymond no matter how many times the same reruns were on. Ellen is survived by her loving daughters, Bonnie Hickling and Cindy Piechowiak (Tom). After Ethel passed, Ellen kept saying she wanted to be with her. She got her wish; now they are together.
