Ellen Marie Squire

Ellen Marie (Taylor) Squire, age 74, passed away in Phoenix, AZ on April 15, 2013. She was born in Mesa, AZ on August 14, 1938 to Alma Reeves Taylor Sr. and Florabel Tiffany Taylor and was the 8th of 9 children. She attended Lehi School, Franklin School, Mesa Jr. High, and Mesa High School. Ellen married her eternal sweetheart, Don Tillman Squire Sr. on November 8, 1958 in the Mesa, AZ LDS Temple. She was a faithful, lifelong member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Ellen was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother & great- grandmother. Survived by husband Don of 54 years, her children (Dianna) Squire, Denna Squire, Duane “Gus” (Gina) Squire, Dennis (Sue) Squire, Doreena (Jody) Hubbard, Darrin (Lesley) Squire; 17 1/2 grandchildren and 2 1/2 great-grandchildren; brothers Gene, Don and Glenn Taylor. Preceded in death by her son Don Tillman Squire Jr., mother, father, and brothers Alma, Robert, Darrell, Lavier, and Dean. A visitation will be held Thursday evening at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Royal Palm Ward 8710 North 3rd Ave from 6:30 to 8:30 PM. Funeral services will be held Friday, April 19, 2013 10:00 AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Phoenix North Stake Chapel, 325 W Coral Gables, Phoenix, AZ 85023. A visitation will precede the service from 9-10:00 AM. Interment will follow at Mesa Cemetery at 2:00 PM.
