Edna Leone Rosenstiel

Edna L Rosenstiel of Phoenix, AZ died Friday September 26th after a brief illness. Edna was born on September 11, 1924 to Alfred and Eva (Bower) Daughenbaugh in Stephenson County, Illinois. On May 5th, 1945, she married Robert Rosenstiel in Freeport, Illinois.

Former Orangeville and Lena resident, she graduated Orangeville High School class of1942. Edna worked for W. T. Rawleigh Co. and was partner with Robert in Bob’s Market, in Orangeville, from 1958 to 1967. Edna was a member of the Orangeville American Legion Auxiliary and a charter member Of the JoDaviess-Stephenson 8/40

Survived by two daughters, Diane Rosenstiel of Solon Springs. WI and Pamela (Keith) Solace of Scottsdale, Az. Sister Mary (Ronald) Cronau of Orangeville, IL Brother-in-law Lee Rosenstiel. Three grandchildren, Lynette (Rick) Landgren Bryan (Beth) Solace and Wendi (Jamie) Extract. Four great grandchildren. Two nephews. Christopher (Kathryn) Cronau and Dick Rosenstiel.

Preceding her in death was her husband.Robert and three nephews Funeral services at Phoenix Memorial Park, were held Oct 1, 2014.
