Debra Kay Hayes passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona on July 30, 2020 with loved ones by her side. She was 62.
Debra, who everyone called Debbie or Deb, was born in Flagstaff, Arizona on May 26, 1958. She moved to Phoenix with her family while still at a young age and would remain in Phoenix for the rest of her life.
She was a good soul, with an amazing sense of humor and a contagious laugh. She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her mother Elaine Hayes and her father William Hayes, her sisters Jean and Marie, her children Jennifer, Michael and Patricia, her aunt and uncle, niece and nephews.
Memorial Service will be held the morning of October 3, 2020, in Parks, Arizona.
