David married the love of his life, Rebecca Sandoval. He loved playing the guitar and had a passion for singing. What he loved most of all was spending time with his family. His grandchildren meant the world to him.
David joined the Army in 1948 and achieved the rankings of Private in just a few short years. David served and was honorably discharged as a veteran of the Korean War in 1952. The discipline and patriotism he learned in the Army never left him through his years, as friends and family will attest. David Sandoval also worked for the city of Phoenix and retired as an equipment operator.
David was a great man, husband father, brother, grandfather and a friend. His family and friends will miss him dearly.
He is survived by his spouse; Rebecca Sandoval, 3 Children; Marina Esslinger, David Sandoval and Sylvia Garcia, 8 Grandchildren, 13 Grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
Services will be held Tuesday, February 5th, 2019 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm Visitation, 12:00 pm-1:00 pm
