David John Lind

David John Lind, 46, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on August 5, 2022. Funeral services will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park Chapel at 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, AZ 85027 on Tuesday, August 16th at 10:00 AM. Graveside service to follow at Phoenix Memorial Cemetery.

David was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Bill and Louise Lind on May 25th, 1976. He graduated from North Canyon High School in 1994. David had a successful long career as a senior AutoCAD Draftsman at Architechnology for over 20 years. He married Kristine Garver on May 12, 2001 in Las Vegas, NV. Together he and Kristine raised Christopher and welcomed their daughter Cassandra L. Lind in 2011. David was a loving and devoted father. Those who knew David appreciated his quick wit and sense of humor. David was an extremely talented artist and excelled in architecture. David loved to learn new hobbies and loved hiking Arizona’s beautiful mountain trails and exploring new places. Beyond his many talents and humor, he was fiercely loyal and loved his family.

David is survived by his wife Kristine Garver Lind, daughter Cassandra Lind, stepson Christopher DeLeon, father Bill Lind and wife, Shirley, sister Toni Moore (Lind) and husband, Robert, nephew Alan Moore, grandfather Don Waldman, uncle Ray Lind and wife, Beth, aunt Cheryl Messerschmidt (Lind) and husband, Rick, uncle Larry Lind and wife, Jenny, uncle John Lind and wife, Sara, aunt Lisa Stinchcomb, aunt Chris Matchinske and husband Steve, aunt Sharon Grabel, and uncle John Eaton, along with many loving cousins.

David is preceded in death by Louise Eaton-Lind, and several Grandparents.

Pallbearers will be Christopher DeLeon, Cameron Lind, Ryan Procunier, Kevin Williamson, Hayden Lind, and Austin Lind.

David's favorite charity was the Salvation Army Christmas Tree Angel program. In lieu of flowers please consider participating in the program this Christmas season, or making a donation to the Salvation Army in the name of David J. Lind.
