David John Drake was born in Farmington, New Mexico on October 10, 1951. He died on September 14, 2022 in Phoenix, Arizona just shy of his seventy-first birthday.
David was a retiree of Arizona Public Service. He also dedicated many years to successfully training and racing horses in Arizona, California, and New Mexico.
David is preceded in death by his parents R Jack and Helen Drake, brothers Charles and Robert, his first wife Nancy and their daughter Tanya. He is survived by his wife Judy and their four children, sisters Kathleen and Deanna, fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
