C.W. Bryant, M.D., age 78, died Wednesday, August 26, 2015, in Gilbert, Arizona.
C.W. was born July 19, 1937, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. He graduated from the University of Tennessee Medical School in 1961. He served as a Captain in the Air Force from 1961 to 1967. He had a Family Practice in Santa Barbara/Goleta from 1971 to 2003. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona and continued to practice medicine, and retired in 2008.
He was a long-time proud member of the Goleta Lions Club. He volunteered his time as a physician and pilot with Aeromedicos in Santa Barbara for over 20 years.
Dr. Bryant was known to his colleagues, nurses, office staff and patients as a compassionate, caring physician.
He is survived by his twin daughters, Rebecca Bryant-Tremonti and Roberta Bryant; grandson, Dominic Tremonti. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife of 45 years, Billy Jean Bryant.
