

Constance “Connie” Peck Batchelor, 68, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away Sunday, February 11, 2018. She was born May 8th, 1949 in Concordia, KS to parents Christine and John Peck. She enjoyed a happy childhood alongside siblings Betsy and Daniel Peck. She married the love of her life, Verne Batchelor in September of 1992 in Hawaii, where the two love birds bunked up and survived Hurricane Iniki on their honeymoon. She lived her life in style, showing her talent and love for creativity through her sense of fashion, décor and the manner in which she carried herself. She had an entrepreneurial spirit and ran her own interior design company, Designs Limited. She had a love for fitness, and sharing time at the beach with her husband and family. Connie is survived by her husband, Verne Batchelor; beloved pets, Bebe and Lucky; and a blended family of children; Pam Batchelor, Debbe (Joe) Kriston, Denny (Ron) Loback, Shanon Batchelor and Matt (Annette) Batchelor. Grandchildren; Micah (Jimmy) Kriston/Satterlee, Jordan Kriston, Dillon Kriston, Jake (Amanda) Kriston Lee (Simon) Connor/Shenk, Nate (Nicole) Loback, Deacon (Valerie) Batchelor and Magenta Batchelor. Great-grandchildren; Mason Satterlee, Lachlan Orie Connor/Shenk, Brandy Noel Loback and Laila Jane Loback and her brother, Daniel Peck, plus nieces and nephews. She is preceded by her parents, Christine and John Peck and her sister Betsy Peck.
