Chris Collins Flanders, 85, passed away on October 17, 2017, in Glendale, Arizona.
Chris was born in Salt Lake City, Utah to Blaine Flanders and Faye Cowen Flanders on May 16, 1932. He served his country proudly in the United States Army. He worked for Bishop Glass for 35 years. He enjoyed supporting his community and did so as a member of the Maryvale Chapter of the Lions Club International, which he was president of from 1989-1992.
Chris was preceded in death by his wife of 42 years, Freda Jo, his parents, his brother, Vern, and his daughter, Patricia. He leaves behind his brother, Albert, his sister, Jean, his daughter Linda and her husband Rick, his son Chris and his wife Louella, and his son Carey and his wife LeAnn. He also leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
