Charles W. Bower passed away on January 16, 2013 in Phoenix, Arizona. He was born in Fairmont, Minnesota on March 10, 1934. He was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frances Maxine. He was also predeceased by two brothers and a nephew. He is survived by his children, a sister, brother, grandchildren, step-grandchildren, step-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. A private service will be held.
