Brett Levy

He was born on October 22, 1979 to Bennett and Marlene Levy, in Cleveland, Ohio. He is the husband to Amber Levy and loving father to James and Jordan. Son-in-law to Jim and Jeanette Smidt, Brother of Terry (deceased), Steven (deceased), Carolyn, Lora, Ted, Lisa, Tim and Brandy. He was also the beloved uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Brett grew up in Dallas, Texas, where he created lifelong bonds and friendships. Brett lived a life filled with lots of love and kindness. He was always engaging in new opportunities and ventures.

Services will be held at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Road, Phoenix, Arizona with visitation being held on Monday, June 20, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M., and the funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. Graveside interment to follow.
