A visitation for Blanca will be held Friday, November 5, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Resthaven / Carr-Tenney Mortuary & Memorial Gardens, 4310 East Southern Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85042, followed by a funeral service from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM.
