Billy Ray Petty, 68, of Goodyear, AZ, passed away on May 11, 2023. He was predeceased by his mother, Angie Gonzales, and his father, Earl Petty. He is survived by his brother, Vincent Petty, and sister, Elsie Curtiss; his children, Angie Marie Brown, Amanda Rose King, Joshua Ryen Petty, and Bianca Petty Morrison; 3 grandsons, and 2 granddaughters.
