Barbara Diane Tovar

Barbara Diane Tovar, 60 of Phoenix, AZ was born on April 5, 1955 and passed away on December 7, 2015 to join her late mother and father, Rudy and Betty Valdez, with the Lord. Bobbie as everyone knew her was a beautiful lady who loved music, dancing and loved to travel. Bobbie also was a member of the American Legion Auxilary Post #41. She will be loved and miss forever by her family and friends. Bobbie is survived by her beloved husband, Manuel Tovar; two daughters, Diane and husband Carlos Elias and Cynthia Tovar and Val; two sons, John Villalobos and Ivan Tovar; ten grandchildren, Carlitos Elias Jr., Sasha Elias , Ivan Tovar Jr., Abel Tovar, John Villalobos Jr., Sonia Villalobos, Andrea Ortega, Ariel Ortega, Mario Ortega Jr. and Roman Ortega; two great grandchildren, Ivan Romeo Tovar and Fabian Ortega, one sister Debra and husband Phil Luna; two brothers, Joey and wife Sylvia Valdez and Rudy Valdez and a host of family and friends. The Visitation will be from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with the Rosary and Funeral Service beginning at 11:00 am, Friday, December 11, 2015 at the Serenity Chapel, Greenwood Memory Lawn Cemetery, 2300 W.
