I was so sad to see that Anthony passed away. Anthony worked on installing my pool in 2010. I had never met such a gentleman as Anthony.  I was struck by what a thoughtful, kind person he was when he laid the red and white " scarf"  (he always had with him as he worked) down for me to kneel upon on the hot pool deck, as he, his brother, Adam, and I looked at my pool.  I am so very sorry for your family's loss.

I woke up this morning thinking about when you were your happiest. I thought about washing dishes after a holiday meal and listening to you and your Dad laugh at the table. I thought about taking over a back patio for the night with your Mom and talking for hours. I thought about how at peace you were on my parents balcony and how comfortable you were. I thought about you holding your nieces and nephew and how your eyes would light up. I thought about laying down for the night and having Archie and Eevee both come and curl up with us. I could go on forever about all of your smiles. I am grateful to have had so many wonderful memories with you and will always hold them dear to my heart. Thank you for all of it. I bought a different type of shampoo and conditioner. When I washed my hair with it, all I could smell was your cologne. Now I smell you throughout the day. I miss you.

Unfortunately I never had the honor of meeting him in person, but I will tell you what I do know, you raised a wonderful man that without a shadow of doubt will be truly loved and missed. Forever! Judging by the people that he left behind in his short life that shared his love is how I can validate my statement.
Having been raised from the old school, love is easier said than expressed. Tony's love was   powerfully driven, and spread into everyone's heart, mind, and soul.

Sometimes I see you walking down the street or blowing past me on the freeway. I cry because I know you're gone and our families are without your beautiful heart but I can smile knowing you are still with me, looking out for me every day and that you will always be in my heart. I took Dad to go and see Grandma and we drove past our old houses on Uinion Hills. I was thinking about you and out of nowhere Dad pointed out the Circle K on 40th st and said, "Hey, that's where I met Tony for the first time. You lost your keys and he met me to get your spare and was bringing them to you. He was a really good guy." Knowing my wild spirit, my Dad has never really spoke his opinion on any of the guys I've dated. I'll never forget him saying that. He approved. I'm starting to accept... To think different.
