Angelita Herrera

Angelita Herrera, age 74, of Phoenix, Arizona passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. Angelita was born to Albert Urias Garcia and Mercedes Escobar Garcia on April 29th, 1948 in French Camp, California,

While growing up she earned her high school diploma and married the love of her life Salvador Viera Herrera who she truly loved and they became inseparable.

Angelita worked as a paraprofessional at Isaac Jr high school before she retired. When she wasn't working hard she loved to spend time with her family as well as playing Yahtzee and going shopping with them.

Angelita is survived by her son's Armando, Sal Jr, Angelo and David. Daughter Angelica. Grandchildren Angelo Jr, Eric, Jaime, Taliah, Anisa, Carlos, Alana, Sal III, Fernando, Vanessa, Alyana. Great-grandchildren Suriah, Gabriel, Aria, Michael, Anthony, Lehualani. Her brother Albert. Sister's Juanita and Teresa. She is preceded in death by her mother Mercedes, father Albert and husband Salvador Sr.

A visitation for Angelita will be held Monday, November 14, 2022 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Funeraria Del Angel Greer-Wilson Chapel, 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85033.

A celebration of life reception will occur from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85033.

A funeral service will occur Monday, November 14, 2022 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, 5921 West Thomas Rd, Phoenix, Arizona 85033.

A burial will occur Monday, November 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85301.
