Andrew " Andy" Ozuna Rodriguez was born October 5, 1968 in Phoenix, AZ. Andrew passed away in Glendale, AZ on April 24, 2015. Andy leaves behind the love of his life Martha Butler and their three daughters, Alexis, Reanna, and Andrea. He is preceded in death by his mother Manuela Rodriguez. He leaves behind his brother David, his two sisters, Frances and Laura, nieces Melissa and Sarah and nephew Isaac, great nieces and nephews and lots of family and friends.
