A visitation will be held on Monday evening, September 28, 2020 from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Bethany Chapel Mortuary 710 West Bethany Home Road Phoenix, Arizona. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 beginning at 11:00am at St. Louis The King Catholic Church 4331 West Maryland Avenue Glendale, Arizona. Interment will follow at 12:30pm at West Resthaven Cemetery 6450 West Northern Avenue Glendale, Arizona.
