Ana moved to the United States in 1995 in search of a better life. For Ana, family was of utmost importance. She poured her heart and soul into raising her daughters and creating a home with her husband. She loved God wholeheartedly and always kept her family's best interest at heart.
Ana was also a dedicated member of her church and for many years gave her time and energy to serve God. Whether it was as a deaconess or collaborating in the food sales, Ana's heart was always willing. She served and attended church until she no longer had the physical ability to do so. She was a fighter, even through this last decade when she was bravely battling a serious illness that deteriorated her body. She never allowed her sickness to keep her from enjoying life or from teaching her children to honor and put God first despite the trials.
Ana's heart was always inclined to help those in need. She would put the needs of others before her own. She had a generous and charitable heart and whenever possible offered a lending hand to those who needed it.
Ana will always be remembered as a wife, mother, sister, friend, sister in Christ and so much more to those of us who knew her personally. Moreover, her legacy of courage, kindness, and generosity will be carried on with pride. We take solace in knowing that she is now resting alongside her daughter Lesley and rejoicing with our heavenly Father; however, we'll miss her dearly every day until we can meet again.
A visitation for Ana will be held Monday, May 8, 2023 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at APDM Ministries, 3875 N. 28th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85017. A graveside service will occur Tuesday, May 9, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary & Cemetery, 2300 West Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
