Amber Christine O'Connor, age 48, passed away unexpectedly on April, 7, 2021 in Phoenix, Arizona. Amber was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana, on June 26, 1972. She loved education and was a 1991 graduate of Falmouth High School in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. Amber held a master’s degree in forensic accounting. She loved reading and travelling and enjoyed spending time at both the ocean and the desert. Amber is survived by her husband, Paul O’Connor; and her beloved children Alyssa O’Connor and Tony Springer. She leaves behind her parents Donald Vaughan and Susan (Zaccaria) Vaughan of Sagamore Beach, Massachusetts; as well as her brother Michael Vaughan, his wife Colleen (Mitchell) Vaughan and her nieces Sidney and Scarlett Vaughan of Alexandria, Virginia. We will forever miss the light Amber brought to the world and when we see a twinkling star in the sky we will know it is her looking down on us. A Navy farewell to our precious loved one, “Fair winds and following seas Amber”.
A viewing will be held on Thursday, April15, 2021 beginning at 11:00 am at A.L. Moore-Grimshaw Mortuary 710 W. Bethany Home Road Phoenix, Arizona 85013.
