Alice Castillo passed away on Tuesday, June 6, 2023.
In her 98 years of life, she saw many changes in her hometown of Phoenix. She attended Phoenix High School. She loved to sing. She was an ordained minister and enjoyed teaching children. She and her husband were very active for years in helping missionaries. She was very compassionate and prayed for other people until she died.
She is preceded in death by her husband.
A visitation for her family will begin on Saturday, July 1, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary's Serenity Chapel, 719 North 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009. Alice's family invites the public to join them at 10:30 AM for her funeral service and the committal to follow.
