Alfonso Diaz

Alfonso Diaz, 93, passed away on Good Friday, 2018 in the presence of loving family at his home in Pinetop, AZ. He is survived by his wife of 8 years, Dixie, sons Jorge, Daniel (Linda), Kenneth (Lisa) and Philip; 2 stepsons, Curtis Rambert and Robert Mark; 8 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandson. His death was preceded by his first wife of 55 years, Eileen. Alfonso Diaz was a native of Colombia, residing in the U.S.A. since 1948. He became a U.S. Citizen and served 20 years in the United States Naval Reserve. In Phoenix, he worked for General Electric and Honeywell. He enjoyed gardening and was particularly proud of his roses. Funeral Mass will be at 10:00am on Friday, April 6, 2018 at St Joan Of Arc Catholic Church3801 E Greenway Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85032.
